The North Sound Mental Health Administration will be providing a limited number of scholarships to attend the 2015 systems of Care Institute on May 5th and 6th 2015 | Downtown Holiday Inn, Everett, WA. The purpose of this scholarship is to empower consumers with knowledge in the areas of policy formation and advocacy.
To be eligible for scholarship consideration, you must meet the following criteria.
- Be a resident of Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, or Whatcom counties.
- Be a youth behavioral health consumer and/or a parent or caregiver of a youth consumer.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Complete an online application by April 15, 2015.
- Submit an evaluation for each session and keynote you attend.
